I was going to post this last night but then I thought ... maybe I am just overly emotional tonight. So I came back to it this morning and realized ... nope, it still made me tear up (with happiness mind you). Its very cute. If you need a quick pick me up, read it. Also, even if you aren't a fan of Jared Padalecki (*gasp* how can you not be?!) they are still very cute stories of what an awesome man he really is, and how much he loves his fans.

From [info]book_choco_loco : An Ode to the Padalecki before Chicago Con 2009

Happy Sunday! xoxo

DO NOT READ IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SPOILED FOR SUPERNATURAL!!!!

MAJOR PLOT SPOILERS FOR SUPERNATURAL 5.08  )

On a side note, I think I have become addicted to "The Big Bang Theory".  It was on my list of "I Wanna Watch That When I Have a Free Day" and that day just happened to be today with Flu -- round two.  It's pretty awesome, not gonna lie.  I appreciate the geekness *grins*

Huh.
I sat down to write for a bit after Supernatural with one story in mind and ended up writing roughly 1,000 words of a completely different story.

Huh.

I was supposed to be working on my Jared/Chris story but ended up writing a J2 fic instead.  *shrugs*  Go with the flow I guess!

*runs back to writing*

So ... I will admit I was completely unsure about this episode.  I mean with the "Special Guest Star" and all ... I honestly thought Kripke was nuts.  As it turns out ... he's still a genius, in fact he's god and still knows how to make me squeal so loud the dogs come running.  So yep ... Kripke still has his touch!  Good man.

Onward>>>
Spoilers for Supernatural 5.05  )

I know there is so much more I want to squeal about but I still have to pack for vacation and I still have a paper to work on for school.  *headdesk*  Yeah, only leaving tomorrow at 6am.  What's the rush?!

EDIT:  I just found this picture.  *snickers*  Jensen's got that "oh god, do I really have to look happy" smile going on.  And Jared ... wells he's just damn cute.  *grins*

I decided to unlock some post in my journal.  All my personal entries are still f-locked but everything else, writing, fandom stuff, random junk, it's all public now.  If spammers come back though I'm gonna have to lock it all up again.

I know, its random ... but there you have it.

So tonight's episode was pretty good, I'm pleased.  I was a bit iffy on this one because it was 90% Dean but all in all it was pretty good.

spoilers for 5.04  )I know there's a lot I'm missing but that's all my poor tired brain can recall at this moment.

I so cannot wait to get my laptop.  It'll be so nice to sit out on the couch with it and do blow-by-blows of the episode.  *clappy hands*

I also missed FlashForward because my family is stupid.  Seriously, I made dinner the last three nights so why the hell were they expecting me to have it made tonight as well?!  My mom decided to mow the lawn at 6pm then was all huffy because no one else made dinner (hello! my brother was doing nothing.  I was studying!)  So dinner wasn't done until like 8pm (yes, we sometimes eat that late, guess its a good thing I don't go to bed until 1am, right?)  I tried to snag my dinner and eat it on the couch but my mom just gave me that mom 'don't even think about it look' and I stayed at the table.  So I'll have to catch it tomorrow in the internet.  Along with CSI because supposedly its gonna be a good ep and last week was pretty good so we'll see.

Okay, I'm done now.  Really.  ;)

I had to get it out quick before I lost it.  First time I've actually written something in ... a few months now actually.  It's just a short little drabble based off of a scene from tonight's episode of Supernatural (5.03) so contains slight spoilers.  It's in rough form.  Honestly I wrote it in the margin of my notebook as I was writing my essay, then I transferred it right to LJ because I was so excited.  Enjoy!

 NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!  *WAILS*

Please tell me that did not just happen.  Please please pleasepleaseplease tell me I just hallucinated that entire episode and that when I wake up the boys will be okay.  *wibbles*

fangirl scream/rant/loving under here ... and spoilers for SPN 5.03! )

*takes a deep breath*  In Kripke We Trust.  In Kripke We Trust.  In Kripke We Trust. In Kripke We Trust.  Maybe if I say it enough I'll feel a little better about tonight's revelations .... or, ya know, not!

FlashForward was pretty cool so far.  I watched for Joseph Fiennes (because damn do I have a huge fucking love for that man!), but I got Jake Davenport, John Cho, Domonic Monaghan, Genevieve Cortese, and Sonya Walger ... in one episode!  I'm excited for it but cautiously so because last time I like a drama/sci-fi show on ABC it was LOST and that turned to crap (at least for me).

And I saw a preview for "V" which, judge me all you want, looks kinda cool as well.  What the hell?  Is ABC the new home of sci-fi?!

Well, that is all for now I think.  I'm tired.  Gonna watch Grey's and CSI tomorrow afternoon.  Plus there are a few new shows I want to catch up on.  Guess this weekend is officially "Catch-Up on TV" weekend.  Could be worse I guess!

I missed the last 5 minutes of the epsiode!

My cable froze for a minute and then my mom decided right then would be a fantastic time to take the dogs out!  Which of course the run through the house like crazy beasts, barking and getting the first squawking.

What I Missed ... kinda spoiler-ish )

Goddamn it Kripke!!!!  My heart fucking hurts right now.  He's either gonna give me an ulcer or a heart attack by the end of all this, you just wait and see!

Yay!
Just got back from Target (and breakfast) with bro.  We went out to run some errands and I bribed him with breakfast to take me to Target to get my SUPERNATURAL SEASON FOUR DVDs!!!!!!!

And since I have no class today, I'm gonna watch them on my brother's blue-ray player which makes everything look AH-MAZING!  It's got this feature that smoothes out the motion so it looks like you are watching real live people instead of TV.  Not to mention it enhances the picture and sound so that means close ups ... are fucking hot!  XD

So yeah, that's what I am going to be doing the entire day.

Oh, and I LOVE the new packaging.  No more folding cardboard to hold the DVDs.  Its a plastic case and inside it has little plastic holders that flip back and forth holding the DVDs, and all the episode information is on a nice insert.  I hate the carboard because it looks all beat up, like the corners are creased.  And for some reason, I have no idea why, but I like them to look all shiny and pretty and new.

So yeah, I'm looking forward to the rest of my day.  *happy dance*

AND OMG, LITTLE OVER A WEEK UNTIL SEASON 5!  *throws confetti*

 From http://www.samanthaferris.net/

(talking about her time on set)  "... and i do have to say that Jared has the most ripped butt muscles i have ever encountered. I poked them in sheer awe. He must be doing more butt crunches than humanly possible. No joke. Very impressive."

*cracks the fuck up*

Now that is the second time (the first time was Traci Dinwiddie) I have heard someone talk about Jared's fantastic ass.  And the second time they've confessed to grabbing/touching/poking it.  In fact, Traci called it "bullet-proof", which just does wonders for the imagination doesn't it?!  *hehehe*

Oh man, I just had to share that.  It was too good not to!  Seriously.

And that is why Samantha Ferris is my God.  Because she has touched the Padabutt and deemed it good.  ;)

Squee #1Christian Kane.  Do I need to explain more?  Okay, if  you insist.  The facial hair *dies* is abso-fucking-lutely delicious.  He needs to keep it.  And that sexy hair.  *grrr*  cut for minor Leverage spoiler )

Squee #2:  I found Billy Currington (and some other fav country artists) on Twitter so of course I followed him (and them).  But guess what?!  He is following me!  Yeah, seriously.  He followed me.  How fucking awesome.  *squeals!*

Okay, off to watch my movie!

David Nail  is one truly amazing man.  I fell in love with his song "Red Light" and the rest of the music on his album is absolutely amazing.  It is one of those CDs you get and just keep listening to because all the songs are good, great even.  So I already loved him.

And then ...

I saw THIS VIDEO on his website and show how ... beautiful he is.  Oh dear lord.  I like the vid but it was hard to pay attention when they kept showing close ups of his very pretty face.

Watch.  Love.  Stalk.

That is all for tonight, I swear.

I've been spoiling myself terribly for the upcoming season of Supernatural, and most of them I was 'huh, awesome' but this one made me do a double triple take and go 'oh please don't tease, tell me its so!!!'

WARNING: CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR SUPERNATURAL SEASON 5!!! )

On another note ... I've been a busy bee today.  I finished my new story outline but writing is going slow.  I'm not comfortable at my desktop, my laptop is so fragile that if I look at it the wrong way it dies on me, and good old fashion pen-to-paper writing is slow and provides much opportunity for distraction, not to mention the hand cramps of doom!  So we shall see.  Why can't I just transfer the shit in my brain directly to the computer with out the middle step of writing it all out.  I would be so much freakin' easier that way!!!

*sighs*

I was supposed to be writing for like the passed two hours but I sat down with a bowl of ice cream and got sucked into the Game Show Network.  I pulled myself out though, haven't lost too much time I don't think.

Onward!  Head for the notebook!

Two things that make me mad?

+ getting highly involved in a story then finding out its a WIP that hasn't been updated in months.

    and

+ when good shows turn bad because they decide there needs to be an unnecessary relationship thrown in to gum up the works.  Case in point:  Mental.  I love that show.  It's been pretty good so far.  Then tonight, all of  sudden a woman turns his head and completely intrigues him.  Bullshit!  He does not need a fiesty, stick figure blonde bombshell as his bed warmer.  Fuck that shit.  It better not ruin the show or I will be pissed.

Now I am off to  ... catch up on Bones.  Toodles.

Okay, so Wincest isn't normally my thing. Sometimes I read it if the rest of the story sounds interesting enough, I can usually muddle my way through it without thinking to hard on the Wincest-y parts. So when I came across a Big Bang that sounded awesome but was Wincest, I held off, not sure if I wanted to go down that road. But then [info]mishaphappens red'd it, said it was awesome. So then I was curious, I had to go check it out.

And I am so glad I did! The Wincest isn't all that prevalent, but it does play a role in the story. But honestly, it didn't even bother me that much because the rest of the story was so engaging that the Wincest factor kinda went by the wayside for me. The story itself is so well written and the characterization, even of the OCs, are phenominal. And of course there was the added benefit of some hurt!Sam and awesomely big brother!Dean, like a cherry on top!

I definitely say read this one, you won't be disappointed. ;)

Title: Boy Falling Out of the Sky
